Terms
Make things, keep them, use them. If something goes wrong, write to us.
Your files
What you make with Printscii is yours to use freely, personal or commercial: print it, post it, put it on a wall or a shirt, sell prints of it. You're responsible for having the right to use the photos you put in. Maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data, whose licence asks for the credit printed on every map file, so leave it on. Free downloads carry the Printscii mark; paid files don't.
Paying
Prices are in US dollars and payments go through Stripe. A paid file unlocks that exact picture (the same photo or map with the same settings) on the device you bought it on, and downloads again there whenever you like.
Refunds and help
Paid files are ready the moment you pay, so there are no refunds. If a file doesn't download, doesn't match what you saw, or you've lost it, email [email protected] with the date and what you bought and we'll sort it out. None of this affects your rights under consumer law where you live.
The site
Printscii is provided as is. We change and improve it, and may change these terms; the date below says when they last changed. The showcase pictures belong to their owners and are credited on each page. How we handle data is in the privacy note.
